LOOK LOOK Application and LookLook.pet Website

The LOOK LOOK Application and LookLook.pet Website (hereinafter referred to individually or collectively as the “LOOK LOOK Platform”) is an online channel created to provide users with information regarding pet-related services, products, and goods, as well as enabling purchases of certain services and products. The platform is operated by Jasmine Technology Solution Public Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “We”). Users refer to registered account holders or non-registered users who access or use the LOOK LOOK Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Users” or “You”). Partners, Service Providers, or Vendors refer to pet-related businesses and services displayed on the LOOK LOOK Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

• You confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, you acknowledge that you require permission from your parent or legal guardian to open an account or use the LOOK LOOK Platform. The parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf. If you do not understand this section, please refrain from creating an account or using the platform until you obtain assistance or permission. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor creating or using an account, you agree to accept these terms on their behalf and assume all liabilities for any usage or actions taken on the platform.
• You agree to use the LOOK LOOK Platform only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the platform to transmit spam, illegal, or harmful content.
• Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using the LOOK LOOK Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.
• Non-registered users may not receive specific notifications of cancellations or changes due to a lack of contact information. However, we will publish relevant updates on the LOOK LOOK Platform.

User Account

• To create an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You agree not to disclose your Username and Password to third parties or allow others to use your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from unauthorized account access.
• If you violate these terms, we will issue a warning via registered contact methods, such as email or in-app notifications, before temporarily or permanently suspending your account. You have 14 days to provide explanations or resolve issues. At our sole discretion, minor violations may allow account recovery.
• You must not impersonate others, provide false information, or misrepresent your relationship with any individual.
• You acknowledge that the platform offers both paid and free services.

Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data

• Unless otherwise restricted by applicable law, you agree that your personal data collected through the LOOK LOOK Platform may be used and/or disclosed to third parties as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• By using the platform, you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the LOOK LOOK Platform, including errors, defects, delays, account recovery issues, network failures, or damages involving pets.
• Links to third-party websites, applications, or platforms are provided for informational purposes only. You access such links at your own risk.
• We shall not be liable for any defects or breaches of contract in relation to any products or services that appear or are advertised on third-party websites and/or applications and/or platforms. We are not a party to any contractual obligations or agreements between you and such third-party websites and/or applications and/or platforms.
• We provide services to the fullest extent of our technological capability, in accordance with the service standards achievable by artificial intelligence. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, precision, reliability, completeness, or suitability of such services. Therefore, if any information obtained through the services is used without our authorization, the user shall be solely responsible and fully liable for any resulting damages.
• We reserve the right not to warrant that our services will meet the user's requirements and/or be free from errors or defects. Furthermore, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any information obtained from the use of services on the LOOK LOOK Platform, nor that such services will meet the user’s expectations.

Payments

• You acknowledge and agree that service fees include all charges arising from your use or intended use of our services, including additional service fees.
• You agree to conduct all electronic transactions related to the use of the LOOK LOOK Platform in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. You must not engage in any actions that violate applicable laws, public morals, regulations, rules, or official orders currently in force or that may come into effect in the future through the use of the LOOK LOOK Platform. If you breach this condition, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your access to the platform.
• Payment channels facilitated by the LOOK LOOK Platform (e.g., bank transfers, credit cards, e-wallets) serve solely as connections to third-party payment providers. You agree that any payment transactions are agreements between you, your bank, or the payment provider. We are not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse of your payment information.
• We reserve the sole right to determine, amend, or modify service packages and promotions. Any such changes will be announced on the LOOK LOOK Platform.
• You agree that your use of each package is subject to terms and conditions or participation in promotional activities as specified by us. You confirm that you have reviewed and accepted such details before using the service.
• Service packages and promotions are applicable only within the LOOK LOOK Platform and may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold to others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation without prior notice.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your bank account, password, credit card, and financial information. Any use of such information shall be deemed to be made by you. We shall not be liable for any resulting damages.
• We reserve the right not to refund any service fees under any circumstances.
• You are entitled to receive benefits according to promotional offers announced during specific periods. You may change your promotion or service in accordance with what is available at the time.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:

• Political unrest, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks, or war
• Inaccessibility of telecommunication networks
• Industrial strikes, lockouts, or natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, epidemics)

Account Suspension or Termination

• If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the LOOK LOOK Platform without prior notice. You will not be entitled to refunds or compensation.
• Upon account termination, you lose access to all linked data and content.
• In case of breach of these Terms and Conditions or those specific to packages or promotional offers, we reserve the absolute right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice. We are not obligated to refund any fees, and you agree not to claim any compensation from us arising from such suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the LOOK LOOK Platform is the property of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or its licensors, and is protected under applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any content that you access or download—regardless of whether such access or download is properly authorized—does not constitute a transfer of any rights, title, or interest in or to such content or any intellectual property rights therein. All rights, titles, and interests in or to such content shall remain solely with the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or licensors.
• Content on the LOOK LOOK Platform is for personal use only. You agree not to use, copy, display, distribute, modify, reproduce, or otherwise exploit the content for public or commercial purposes unless you have received prior written consent from us. In such cases, proper credit and branding of the LOOK LOOK Platform must be clearly displayed.
• We reserve all rights in any and all intellectual property not expressly granted herein.
• In the event of any infringement, we reserve the right to seek compensation and injunctive relief and to take action against the violating account immediately. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any damage resulting from unauthorized use of content on the LOOK LOOK Platform. We also reserve the right to take legal action if you fail to comply with our requests.
• If a user breaches these intellectual property terms, we may terminate that user’s access without refund and without prior notice.
• If your breach results in legal claims by third parties or government agencies, you shall be fully liable for all damages incurred, including those to third parties.

AI Assistant Interactions

• The LOOK LOOK Platform includes an AI Assistant designed to interact with users and provide helpful information. Users engage with the AI Assistant by inputting text, allowing it to respond to questions, generate content, and conduct conversations based on the data provided by the user.
• The responses and information provided by the AI Assistant are intended for general informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional or specialized advice in any field.
• The interaction with the AI Assistant is conducted in accordance with the standards achievable by artificial intelligence systems. Users are solely responsible for their use of the service. If any actions resulting from such use cause damage to us and/or third parties, we reserve the right to suspend or deny your access to the service immediately.
• We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, precision, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any responses or analyses generated by the AI Assistant. The services provided are based solely on the information input by the user. Therefore, the user shall be solely responsible for any actions taken in reliance on the responses and information provided by the AI Assistant without our prior authorization.

Assignment of Rights

• We may assign our rights and/or obligations to any third party, including by entering into contractual arrangements or agreements with our partners under these Terms and Conditions, without providing prior notice to you or obtaining your consent.

Feedback and Suggestions

• You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible and shall remain liable for any content or information you submit to or transmit through the LOOK LOOK Platform. You must not submit or transmit any content that is unlawful, disruptive to public order, contrary to public morals, or pornographic in nature, which may cause harm. You further agree not to submit or upload any personal data, including but not limited to copyrighted works or other intellectual property, to or through our Platform without prior written authorization from the rightful owner. Any such act shall constitute an infringement, and you shall be solely liable for any resulting damages.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to amend, restrict, revise, or terminate all or part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided to you via email, or through our website, application, and/or other platforms.
• Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Your continued use of the LOOK LOOK Platform following any such changes shall be deemed as your acceptance and agreement to the amended Terms and Conditions.

Severability

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

• The Company’s failure to require your compliance with any provision of these Terms and Conditions and/or any separate terms and conditions at any time shall not affect the Company’s right to enforce such provision at a later time. A waiver of any breach of any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or of the provision itself.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
• The LOOK LOOK Platform is operated in Thailand. If users access or use the LOOK LOOK Platform from outside Thailand, they agree and consent to be governed by Thai law.
